How to Submit Complaints or Concerns

Should you have any complaints or concerns regarding any content on the Site, including that such content may be illegal or otherwise violates our Terms and Conditions, please contact us at support@littlecloverwhispers.com.

How Complaints are Received and Handled

Complaints regarding illegal or violating content will be reviewed and resolved within seven (7) business days. Should any complaint require further investigation beyond this time period, we may remove the offending content as an interim resolution until a final resolution can be reached.

The complaint investigation process will be initiated with our review of the purported illegal or violating content and may include following up with the complainant to determine if further information is required. Should our investigation of a complaint regarding content on the Site lead us to conclude that a complaint is valid and such content is illegal or in violation of our Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy, the offending content shall be removed from the Site immediately.

Should our investigation of a complaint regarding content on the Site lead us to conclude that the content is lawful and not in violation of any of our Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy, we will notify you of the decision and provide reasons for such determination.

Appeals Policy

If you are depicted in any content on our Site without your consent or in circumstances rendering your consent void, you may contact us at support@littlecloverwhispers.com to request that such content be removed. If our investigations confirm that you are depicted in the content and that it was shared without your valid consent then we will remove it from the Site. If our investigations indicate otherwise, we will advise you of our decision and provide reasons.

If there is any disagreement regarding an appeal to have content that you are depicted in removed, such appeal will be resolved by a neutral body.
